Overview

Many Bricks Breaker is designed to work without requiring any personal information. You can play every level, create levels, and share them without creating an account. This policy explains what limited data the site handles and why.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not require registration or login.
• We do not collect names, email addresses, or passwords.
• We do not use tracking pixels or sell data to third parties.
• We do not collect payment information (the game is entirely free).

Data Stored on Your Device (localStorage)

The following data is stored in your browser's localStorage and never leaves your device unless you explicitly publish or share a level:

• Best times (per level, top 5)
• Level editor drafts (your work-in-progress board)
• Nickname (if you enter one when publishing)
• Sound preference (on/off)

Clearing your browser data will remove all of the above.

Data Stored on Our Servers (Cloudflare D1)

When you publish a custom level, the following is stored in our database:

• The level data (board layout as a string of characters)
• The level name you provide
• The creator name you provide (or "Anonymous" if left blank)
• The description you provide (optional)
• Play and clear counters (aggregate numbers, not tied to any identity)
• A timestamp

We do not store IP addresses, browser fingerprints, or any other identifier alongside published levels.

Analytics (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics (GA4, measurement ID G-56KGMGN2HT) to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are popular, how long people play, and what referral sources bring them here. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects anonymized usage data. You can opt out by using browser extensions like uBlock Origin or by disabling cookies in your browser settings.

Cookies

The only cookies set on this site are from Google Analytics (essential for aggregate traffic measurement). No advertising, marketing, or social media tracking cookies are used.

Cloudflare

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and uses Cloudflare D1 for level storage. Cloudflare may process standard request logs (IP address, request time, user agent) as part of its CDN infrastructure. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy

This game is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13 (or from anyone else, for that matter).

Your Choices

• Clear local data: Clear your browser's site data to remove all saved scores and drafts.
• Opt out of analytics: Use a privacy extension or block Google Analytics cookies.
• Request level removal: If you published a level and want it removed, contact us with the level URL.
